Come Home to Yourself
A calm, nourishing online space to rest, reflect, reconnect, and grow — gently, and together.
The Goodness Collective at Home is therapy brought to life.
Not confined to a room or a weekly session, but something that breathes and unfolds in everyday life.
This is a place to pause.
To hear yourself again.
To feel less alone as you navigate the seasons and changes of your life.
You might be here because…
You’re carrying a lot — much of it unseen.
You’re navigating change, or standing on the edge of it.
You feel tired of holding everything together while telling yourself you should be coping better.
Maybe your inner critic is loud.
Maybe you feel like everyone else is doing life more smoothly than you are.
Maybe you’ve drifted from your own needs and aren’t quite sure how to find your way back.
So many women I meet — in therapy rooms and Goodness Collective circles alike — are strong, capable, thoughtful people who are quietly exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone.
The Goodness Collective at Home exists for these moments.
What is The Goodness Collective @ Home?
The Goodness Collective @ Home is an ongoing online wellbeing space designed to support you to:
- rest your nervous system
- reflect with kindness and clarity
- reconnect with yourself and others
- grow in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable
It’s grounded in psychological theory and therapeutic practice, but offered in a way that feels human, warm, and accessible.
There’s no pressure to perform.
No need to keep up.
You can come exactly as you are.
What’s inside
The Goodness Collective at Home includes:
Monthly themes
Each month we explore a gently chosen theme — such as rest, change, self-compassion, values, awe, or identity — offering a steady rhythm without overwhelm.
The Library
A growing collection of written reflections, guided practices, meditations, and creative prompts you can return to again and again, in your own time.
Live online gatherings
Regular opportunities to pause together — to reflect, share (if you wish), and feel supported in community.
A private community space
A warm, welcoming place for shared reflection, conversation, and connection — without pressure to be “on” or say the right thing.
Together, these create a living practice — one that supports you not just in the hard moments, but in the hopeful ones too.
You're Invited
About me
I’m a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with over 15 years’ experience, and the founder of The Goodness Collective, which I’ve been hosting in-person for over four years.
Again and again, I see how powerful it is when people feel less alone — when they’re offered space to understand themselves with kindness, and to grow without being pushed.
The Goodness Collective at Home was created to make that kind of support more accessible — bringing therapeutic thinking, creativity, and connection into a living, breathing space you can return to throughout your life.
How this helps
Taking time to pause and reflect isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
Reflection helps us:
- make sense of what we’re experiencing
- understand ourselves with more compassion
- notice patterns, values, and needs
- respond rather than react
In therapy, reflective practice is central to growth and change. The Goodness Collective at Home weaves this same intention into everyday life — supporting emotional rest, self-understanding, and meaningful movement forward.
Research consistently shows that connection, reflection, and intention play a vital role in wellbeing, especially during times of transition. This space is intentionally designed to nurture all three.
Who this space is for
The Goodness Collective at Home is for you if:
- you’re navigating change, uncertainty, or transition
- you want space to reflect and reconnect with yourself
- you value depth, gentleness, and evidence-based support
- you’re drawn to community, but need it to feel safe and spacious
It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid programmes, or high-pressure accountability.
This is slow enough to feel nourishing — and steady enough to support real change.
